VF2 Change your mind, you might learn something
To learn is to change one’s mind about something. To learn is to change your mind. If there is no change of mind after recieiving infomation, then what took place is merely reinforcment. Avoid reinforcment. Reinforcment can even be dangerous because subtle changes in one’s own ideas can slowly evolve into a mutated form of the original idea. Slow mutation equals the total deletion of the original idea. If not careful, a person can end up not believing in his/her own idea.
Search out the pieces of information that cause you to say, “Oh man, I never thought of it that way.” , while avoiding conversation that has you unconciously knodding your head and agreeing.
